GENERAL INFO

All pieces are printed on 100% cotton or matte photo FSC-certified paper. We use various printing techniques to achieve the quality we demand and only use water-based eco-friendly inks.


Please remember; the colour you see on your computer screen may differ from what is printed.
 Our prints are based on standard sizes, but as they are individually printed and cut by hand they may be cut slightly smaller or bigger than stated. All prints are sold unframed, stamped and wrapped carefully.

 

DELIVERY

We deliver Worldwide and use the standard Swedish postal service for our deliveries.
 Products will be posted normally within a week of the order, delivery within Sweden normally takes 1–2 working days. International orders may take a little longer.

Delivery within Sweden & Denmark:
Delivery costs vary between 28 SEK, 56 SEK & 98 SEK depending on order weight.
Free delivery on orders of 700 SEK or more

Delivery within Europe:
Delivery costs vary between 28 SEK, 56 SEK & 98 SEK depending on order weight.
Free delivery on orders of 800 SEK or more

Outside Europe:
Delivery costs vary between 30 SEK, 75 SEK & 115 SEK depending on order weight
Free delivery on orders of 800 SEK or more

All our prints are packaged carefully and distributed in a recycled paper tube or envelope.

If emerybloom fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual circumstances outside of our control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other matters, then emerybloom can not be held responsible.

RETURNS
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customised prints, outlet prints and shoulder tote bags are also not refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email to returns@emerybloom.com if you wish to return a product.
