Black tea is a type of tea that is more oxidized than oolong, green and white teas. Black tea is generally stronger in flavor than the less oxidized teas.

 

Earl Grey tea is assumed to be named after Charles Grey the 2nd Earl of Grey and British Prime Minister in the 1830s. He reputedly received a gift, probably a diplomatic perquisite, of tea flavoured with bergamot oil.

 

Sweet Vanilla is a flavoring derived from orchids of the genus Vanilla, primarily from the Mexican species, flat-leaved vanilla. People cultivated the vine of the vanilla orchid, called tlilxochitl by the Aztecs.

Water temp. 90 degrees celcius. Brew for 2-3 min.
